APEX Federal Users Conference Cancelled

The Holman's and Topcon APEX Federal Users Conference has been cancelled. The FY '07 budget crisis in the Federal Government had been delayed and has created a reduction of funds for our non-DOD agencies. This action has halted travel and training funds.

The Continuing Resolution #20 is scheduled to continue through September 30, 2007. A few things have led to this Continuing Resolution - the change of power in the House and Senate, the cost of the war, increased troops deployment, etc.

We regret this action and truly felt we had assembled a milestone achievement to meet and exceed our Federal customers needs. We hope to review other options for future education programs.
